木更津高専で3年間実施した「企業技術者等活用プログラム」によるOB教員の地域企業等へのコーディネート活動の実施内容,効果と評価,さらに,今後のCO-OP教育の計画と教育効果について報告する。具体的には,3年間のプログラムによる地域企業や地域社会との連携が推進、共同研究や技術相談支援などで得られた成果について報告する。さらに継続発展させた今年度からのCO-OP教育に関するプログラムの実施内容について報告する。

試作削減の為に三次元CADとCAEが使われる様になって久しいが,若手技術者や学生の中にはCAE結果を盲目的に実現像の結果と同等と思い込む弊害も出始めている。本報ではこの理解の乖離を埋めるPBLの例として竹とんぼの設計に着目した.この教材を採用し、幾つもの技術的要素を含む例題に取り組むことで,強度や剛性が同機能で軽量な設計技術が得られるなどの成長が学生に促された。更に本報告で開発した竹とんぼ発射台は従来のCAD上だけの講義や、被計測体である実験模型が静止した回流式風洞実験に興味を持たなかった学生達の興味を引くなどの効果があった.この様に竹とんぼが設計教育を行う上で有用なテーマとなる可能性があることがわかった。

In this paper following the first report, the authors describe the nature of human behavior and the organizational perspective in the technology from the 1940s. The organization which is the leading figure of the production engineering faced a change in and confusion with the development of the production engineering. The organization which selected and adopted the new ways of thinking, the behavior pattern and the administration sytem had evolved. Since 1940, the management has continued to be systematically addressed by technological management strategies in place for production quality control. The authors describe the organizations that need to do so.

The British innovative engineer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel (1806-1859) had developed the atmospheric railway system and serviced commercially in South West in England during the half a year in 1847 to 1848. The driving force of the railway system was based on a vacuum force produced by pressure difference between vacuum and atmospheric pressures. The system was environmental friendly because of no-smoke, no-noise, and no-spew. In the present paper, the authors introduce a similar but different railway system which runs by compressed air pressure. This project has been conducted as monodzukuri education for students of Soma High School, Fukushima. The small scale model of the compressed air railway system has produced and tested. The driving force of the system is generated by expansion force of and at a flat tube constrained tightly by two rollers. The students were devoted to study the mechanism and performance of the system. The railway system has a potential to be used in public transportation under horizontal and inclined surface and subsurface ways in future.

This report describes the aim and target of the technical section on Brunel's spirit for promoting innovative monodzukuri. At first, a summary of activities of the fore technical section on the history and engineering of Brunels (started on November 1, 2003 and ended on 31 October 2008) has been described. The activities of the technical section were practically achieved during six years. In 2006, the 200-year anniversary of Brunel's birth was well done. The atmospheric railway model was made with high school students. Brunel's wax mannequin was also made for promoting familiarization of young Brunel as well. In the new technical section, five subjects have been scoped: publicity, designing, carrying over, application, and PDCAs. These are aim to promote the monodzukuri spirit for Japanese young engineers and students through studying Brunel's works. The technical section have be re-run on 1^<st> April 2010 for five years by 31^<st> March 2015.
