This study attempts to clarify the factors of financial stability of comprehensive community sports clubs with NPO status and stable management, maintaining a total income of at least 20 million yen for three years.

Consequently, it became clear that operating margin is the item influencing mid-to-long-term club financial sustainability, and that the factor behind improvement of the operating margin is not increasing total income from business but socially supported income. Members who are the “number one customer” and “supporting customers” who provide socially supported income, such as membership fees, subsidies, and grants are defined as important customers, and incorporating this into the business model has a positive influence on club financial sustainability.

The purpose of this paper is to gain knowledge on creating sport events that are needed by local residents and contribute to regional activation from the viewpoint of “Supporting Sport”. Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire survey for the “Supporting Spot” operators, taking the Kanazawa Marathon as a case.

As a result, it is necessary to break away from “Top-down model” and “Runner priority model” and create “Partnership model” in which the “runners” and the “supporters” can share benefits by Co-Create Sport events.

The purpose of this study was to overview the transition of Sport for All policy in Japan and to organize the system of recent Sport for All policies. At present, Japan’s sports policy is at a turning point. By Japan Sports Agency was established in 2015, conventional sports promotion has been extended, health promotion through sports, they are promoting a variety of measures such as regional revitalization. Sports policy can be considered as a part of policy fields such as health, tourism and economy, for example, rather than being considered only as a field of education policy. In recent community sports policies, local governments and community sports clubs play a central role in measures targeting local residents. In addition, measures have been implemented by subdividing the target of sports indifferent groups, business people, women, etc., and cooperating with other fields in order to further expand the value of sports.

This study reviews the accomplishments and operational learnings from the Totsuka Station Nishiguchi (West Entrance) District 1 Type II urban area redevelopment project (Totsuka Station West Entrance Redevelopment Project), which adopted the private finance initiative (PFI) approach in Yokohama city, and explores its implications for city planning. Given the data on the project, use of public facilities, and impact on the community, any assessment must consider not only the project’s cost-performance but also its implications for city planning; this perspective is presented in the study. It is also imperative to show the overall impact of urban redevelopment projects if VFM and other ripple effects arising from the project can be visualized.

In order to solve social problems, local governments have been promoting improvement and efficiency of administrative systems using ICT. However, there are still many challenges for local governments to utilize ICT effectively. Enhancement of public services by the private sector is increasing and is considered to have potential for public service innovation. This movement was led by Code for X. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the influence of municipality and citizen’s financial situation and environment on the implementation of municipal social welfare policy (here, family support·center project). In this research, I conducted quantitative empirical analysis to investigate its effect. The conclusions obtained by this analysis are: ①There is a tendency to make a choice “to implement the project” in the municipalities with many citizen needs, ②As the financial situation of the municipalities is better, they tend to implement the policy by directory management, ③Depending on the citizen’s financial situation, there is a tendency to select an operation method.
