    Since Minamata city reproduces the environment and the community which were destroyed by the past pollution, it declared Environment Model City planning in 1992, and has carried out much advanced measures to environmental problems, such as variety collection of garbage by type, and environmental ISO acquisition. And it was chosen as one of the first environment model cities that will tackle drastic reduction of greenhouse gas emission as a pioneer in July, 2008. In the environment model city, a duty of greenhouse-gas emission is imposed upon not less than 30% of thing to reduce to the base year(2005)in 2020, and not less than 50% reduction in 2050. In this report reports, the results of an investigation of the energy consumed of Minamata city, and the amount of greenhouse-gas discharge in the 2010 fiscal year.

    By typing on learning activities, brain may be activated. For confirm it, a class was grouped into "class 1" which carried out typing just after a lesson start and "class 2" which carried out typing just before the lesson end. And two approaches were carried out. The first is achievement rate of the typing practice to input characters before a time limit. The second is examination to confirm understanding carried out before or after the typing. In the former, there was not the difference between classes. In the latter, score of "class 1" exceeded score of "class 2". It is necessary to pay attention to the concentration of the learner for lesson improvement. By typing was suggested that it ease the decline of the concentration after the typing.
