    To clarify the species composition and distribution of ectomycorrhizal fungi in a city park, we surveyed ectomycorrhizal fungal fruit bodies in Sanzaigaike Forest Park in Kamakura City, central Japan. Forty-four species of ectomycorrhizal fungal fruit bodies occurred in the survey area. The number of species and the number of ectomycorrhizal fungal fruit bodies were different among forest types, and those in cherry and Castanopsis forests tend to be higher than evergreen oak and cedar-cypress forests. Moreover, in cherry forest, the number of species and the number of fruit bodies of Amanitaceae were highest in all the forest types, and those of Russulaceae were higher than evergreen oak forest. These results indicate that the distribution of ectomycorrhizal fungi is dependent on forest types.
