    首都圏では局地的大雨が多発し都市水害が深刻化しており,その発生場所や時間,降雨の規模などを予測し災害を最小限にすることが望まれている。本研究では,東京湾周辺の沿岸部4 地点に屋外ネットワークカメラを設置し,都心および東京湾上の大気場を常時観測するシステムを構築した。ステレオ観測により,都心で発生した積乱雲の成長初期段階から発生場所と発達高度を定量的に評価できることを示した。また,夏季における雲の流れ場から,雲の存在高度が2 層となっている状況は約35%あった。下層の雲の動きは衛星画像から捉えることは困難である一方,降雨の発生には下層の大気の流れを把握することが重要であることを指摘した。

    Atmospheric concentration of nitrogen oxides was analyzed. The averaged amounts showed that there exist the annual variation of factor 2 and the diurnal variation of factor 1.5 for nitrogen dioxide.
    A trial was made to divide the concentration into twe components from the standpoint whether it depends on the human population or not, which are named A and N component, respectively.
    N component was shown to play the dominant role in the annual variation which has a maximum in winter. And the level of nitrogen dioxide in the daytime was shown to be mainly attributed to the A component. The daily amounts of A component is about 2.5 times of that of N component as an average.
    Modelling of the variation of nitric oxide was also performed, and compared with the data which shows fair agreement.

    2019年9月9日未明に襲来した令和元年台風15号により,千葉県南部を中心に甚大な被害をもたらした.広域に渡る災害の場合,自治体が被害状況を集約し,さらに県,国が情報集約して復旧にあたる必要がある.しかし台風15号では大規模および長期化した停電の影響により,地方自治体での情報集約が困難であったため復旧速度に大きな影響を与えた.そこで本研究では将来の巨大台風に備えるために千葉県南部地域を対象として,台風15号の多種多様な被害状況を集約し,異種情報を統合することによって調査・解析した.これにより,住宅等の罹災(りさい)証明書の手続きには被災から申し込み手続きまでにタイムラグがあることがわかった.さらに時系列予測可能な深層学習によって,市役所等の申し込み窓口の混雑予測を行った結果について報告する.

    The aim of this paper is an estimation of the waste heat distribution based on land use and waste heat in urbanized area. The waste heat distribution is estimated in 2 cases (the present and the future) in Kisarazu and Kimitsu cities in Chiba prebecture in whitch Tokyo Bay Road will be construited in future. The waste heat distribution is shown on land use map by a mesh analysis. The mesh size is decided by calculating the area of influence which the change of a difference in temparature keeps constant. The waste heat is estimated by some source unit in the area. An allocation procedure of land use is led by the rearengement of the waste heat distribution.

    Many trees are naturally or artificially planted in the campus of the Kisarazu National College of Technology. Those trees are loved by most of the students, the school staff and the local residents as a familiar landscape. The aims of this activity are utilization of those trees and wood resources for student education and school advertisement. As the first step, an investigation of school trees' names and a search of company dealing with tree labels were done for about these two years. Next, sticking tree labels on some trees has been done since last year. Final action is making home page which shows landscapes and trees' names relating to the campus map on the official school home page. This paper summarizes the purpose, the process and the current situation.

    アクアラインの通行料引下げの結果,高速バスによる東京都心部や川崎・横浜方面への通勤者が増加し,その中にはパーク&ライドを行う人も多い.東京大都市圏郊外としては相対的に地価も安いため,木更津市の人口は増加し,中心市街地から離れた郊外住宅地がその受け皿となっている.市や県など行政の協力・連携のもと,イオンモールなどのショッピングセンターが立地し,周辺ではチェーン店等が集積した.これにより木更津市の買物環境と商業中心性は向上したが,中心市街地の個人商店は厳しい状況にあり,スーパーやドラッグストアが少なく生活必需品が購入しづらい状況にある.その中でイオンによって無料送迎バスが運営され,高齢者の重要な移動手段となっている.木更津市の人口分布や商業は自家用車の利用を前提とした構造となり,イオンとの関わりや更なる高齢化が進展する中で,住民に対する買い物の機会や移動手段の確保が課題となっている.

    In replacing the slab of the steel girder bridge, the precast concrete slab is often used and the grouped stud arrangement is sometimes applied. In this case, the space cut out on the slab is set up and non-shrink mortar or expansive concrete is placed into the space to integrate the steel girder and the precast slab. In this research, we carry out the static test of the composite beam specimen with various grouped stud arrangement. As a result, every specimens with different grouped stud arrangement behaves as the composite beam with the imperfect interaction between the steel beam and the concrete slab. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the stud arrangement of the composite beam with the precast slab is required to determine from the viewpoint of its limit state.

    In Japan extensive seismic networks have been constructed nationwide composed of high sensitivity seismographic network (Hinet). broadband seismographic network (F-net) and strong motion seismographic network (K-NET) as well as those by JMA and by universities. As a practical application of those data MEXT.JMA and NGOs are cooperating to develop an earthquake early warning system (EEW) since 2003 for the purpose of providing estimated seismic parameters to general public and prescribed users concerned with seismic risk reduction. Onceearthquakes occur those focal parameters are calculated as soon as enough number (smallest number is one) of observation sites sense seismic waves, and are revised successively as seismic signals are received at larger number of observation sites in time. The transmitted parameters are used by application systems at sites to arrival time and seismic strength information in order for automatic or semi-automatic actions of various disaster mitigation countermeasures. Many of applications systems have been developed under the coordination of consortium of concerned organizations and private companies(Real- time Earthquake Information Consortium: REIC). At present we are in the full stage both of the prescribed utilization and of the general usage through television and radio starting from October 1. Full adoption of the system is thought to reduce a large portion of damages induced by major disastrous earthquakes (several tens percents) .

    In this study, pictures of components of imagined scenery, which were imagined from the words of 20 haiku, were drawn. To clarify psychological influences, psychological experiments basing on SD method, were performed. Both of the results were quantified to numerical value and quantification analysis was performed. As the results:1) Base on the factor analysis, 8 factor axes that have influences on the structure of psychological evaluation were extracted.2) Base on grid analysis, the results such as when considering a landscape, direction of the sun, in particular the south was being considered, were obtained. 3) Base on correlation analysis, the results such as the dusk, the sun...were effective elements which direct various scenery, were obtained. 4) Base on multiple correlation analysis, the results such as when an element of the background such as mountain was put into scenery, it would contribute to broadening the landscape, were obtained. Above various structures of imagined scenery, which were imagined from the words of haiku, were captured and the fundamental documents of scenery and landscape were objectively showed.

    Researches to clear the cause of death or decrease of population of Japanese littleneck clam in winter Were conducted. Environmental factors for the clam, such as water temperature, chlorophyll-a, low salinity, and ground-level movement by wave were investigated on Banzu tidal flat in Tokyo Bay from 1991 to 1992. Water temperature in the tidal flat waters ranged from 5℃ to 15 ℃ during investigation period, and the fluctuation in shore-side of the flat were larger than that in off shore-side. When chlorophyll-a increased in the Waters off the flat, clorophyll-a, condition factor and burrowing rate of the clam on off shore-side of the flat increased, but not on shore-side of it. In addition, survival rate of the clam on shore-side of the flat decreased gradually. When salinity less than 16 continued for more than four days, the clam began to die in laboratory experiment. But, on the tidal flat, low salinity continued for only less than two days. The highest value of the ground-level movement by wave was - 5cm for 24 hours on off shore-side of the flat. It was considered that the clam become inactive with low temperature and by decrease of phytoplankton. Weakened clams may not keep burrowing in substratum and will be dispersed by wave action, and consequently, the population decreases in culture ground.
