国際司法裁判所における「サイバー・アトリビューション問題」はサイバー攻撃の匿名性や証拠へのアクセス可能性だけでなく、インテリジェンスを用いたサイバー・アトリビューションの性質や国家の安全保障上の利益といった複合的な要因によって引き起こされる問題である。本稿はそのような「サイバー・アトリビューション問題」の緩和策としてコルフ海峡事件において示された「証拠の偏在」緩和法理の活用を模索すると同時に、同法理の適用上の問題点について検討する。

エウロパの非同期回転に伴なう粘弾性潮汐変形のモデル計算を行なった．そしてモデル計算を踏まえて，エウロパにおける地質学的，非同期回転周期，及び表面の氷のレオロジーの関連性について考察を行なった．その結果，エウロパの表面粘性は10¹⁹ ～ 10²⁰ Pa.sである事が示唆された．本研究の考え方は，固体天体においてテクトニクスを通じて表面粘性を見積もる事が出来る可能性を示した．

1. The result of autogenous shrinkage with T_max =90°C concrete specimen does not occur doubt in the authors theory around 45-60°C.

【目的】小児気道異物は迅速な治療を要する緊急疾患だが，その臨床像は多彩であり診断や治療に難渋する場合も多い．小児気道異物の診断・治療介入の遅延を防止することを目的として，当科で経験したこれまでの症例から文献的考察を交えて報告する．

【方法】2003年1月から2023年5月までに当科で気道異物と診断した19例を対象とし，年齢や異物の種類，目撃の有無，診断までの期間，摘出方法などについて診療録より収集し，後方視的に分析を行った．特に，発症から診断までの期間が2日以内であるものを早期診断例，3日以上のものを診断遅延例と定義し，比較検討を行った．

【結果】男児が63％，3歳未満が84％であった．診断遅延例は6例（31％）あり，早期診断例と比べて保護者による目撃情報の申告が有意に少なかった，また，摘出後の入院期間が長く，全例が診断前に呼吸器感染症と診断されていた．異物の種類はナッツ・豆類が47％と最多であった．胸部単純X線検査で異物を指摘できたのは非食物の3例のみであった．CT検査は13例で施行されていたが，そのうち1例は初期の読影で診断に至らなかった．診断遅延6例中4例（66.7％）で保護者への詳細な問診，もしくは，目撃情報の申告に対する積極的な精査に問題があった．

【結論】小児気道異物は特異的な症状を呈することが少なく，画像検査でも診断に至らない場合がある．乳幼児の呼吸器症状では気道異物を鑑別に挙げて問診を行い，遷延する咳嗽や喘鳴，繰り返す肺炎など，治療抵抗性の場合には積極的にCT検査や気管支鏡検査を行うことで診断の遅延を防ぐことができると考えられる．

In the previous article we introduced two concepts in sémiotique to be used in the area of comparative physiology and biochemistry; synchronie and diachronie. The former describes a snapshot of a complex biological system taken at a certain time point, whereas the latter describes the dynamic aspect of a complex biological system through time. In order to achieve the latter it is necessary to study the time-dependent change of system parameters such as kinetics of protein expression. We have established a methodology to trace the dynamic aspect of protein expression for as many as several hundred proteins and called it “proteomic trajectory mapping.” In this follow-up review we will explain proteomic trajectory mapping in detail which is essential for studying the diachronic aspect of living things.

The increasing number of threatened species and the loss of biodiversity on earth are the most terrible crisis we are faced to at the moment. However, it is speculated here that there are species which must have diversified in the developed areas or under human influences. The fern species with agamosporous life cycle seem to be diversified, at least to some extent, in the man-made environments after the Neolithic Age. Origin and development of the agamosporous fern species are synthetically considered under a focus of the speciation under the influence of humans. Diversification in flora and fauna seems to be partly added in artificial environments probably through evolution in simple combination of mutations, although these agamosporous species are not quite natural and have strayed down blind allies of their evolutionary cources.
