他出子弟のふるさとへの関与実態と地域農業維持に果たす役割

This paper researched about how people come to their rural home village, a case study of a Kitakanto rural village. In the case study area, depopulation, depopulation of farm household, increase of old age ratio, and dilapidation of farmland has been going on. But most of people live in near their home village. They often come to his home village. Some of them assist farming there. They are able to take important part in the management of their rural home village.
