Abstract
Abstract: The first English vocabulary contest was held in 2019. The main purpose of the contest is to motivate students to learn English vocabulary. More than 70% of the students who participated in the contest indicated that the contest should be continued , and the contest has been held continuously. This paper reports on how the contest has conducted and the results of a survey of participating students .
In addition , we discuss the issues to be improved or addressed the contest in the future future.
