A new charge pump which is suitable for energy harvesting is proposed. By introducing a small pre-charge circuit, the charge sharing process can be fully completed and the dynamic power loss is reduced by nearly a half. Under an ultralow supply voltage of 0.45V, the efficiency is improved by a maximum of 9%.
