高効率レクテナの為の新構成RF-DC変換回路

Recently, wireless power transmission becomes an attractive application of microwave technology. To achieve effective wireless power transmission system, an RF-DC converter plays an important role. In this paper, a novel configuration of the RF-CD converter is proposed and experimentally evaluated. The proposed RF-DC converter consists of a main circuit and sub-circuit. The DC voltage generated by the sub-circuit is applied to the main circuit is a bias voltage. Output DC power higher than conventional half-wave rectifying circuit is obtained.
