建築やリフォーム業のための簡易三次元画像計測器の開発

In construction and house renovation industry, the demands for measuring the size of building are huge. So we use the stereopsis technique to develop a simple 3-D image measurement system. First, the stereo images are taken by a digital camera with two lenses and then transmitted to a computer by Wi-Fi instantly. Next, we calculate the 3-D coordinates by the triangulation technique. So it is possible to obtain sizes of structures. In order to measure feature points, such as a corner of the window, the technique based on Hough transformation and the point matching is proposed in the research.
