DFBレーザの注入電流制御と温度制御によるサブミリ秒波長切替と安定化

抄録

For prompt wavelength switching at a semiconductor laser with a high reliability, we proposed a cooperative wavelength control procedure which consists of injection current control and temperature control. At the switching from the optical frequency of 191.2 THz to that of 191.0 THz, our designed controller successfully stabilized the wavelength within 10 ms as well as maintained it permanently.
