This study aimed to examine functional evaluation methods and comprehensive evaluation methods that are easy to use in green space plans and policies to evaluate the multifunction’s of green infrastructure (provision of habitats and growth areas for living things, absorption and fixation of CO2, mitigation of the heat island effect, creation of healthy and comfortable living spaces, creation of beautiful landscapes, etc.) that are being increasingly introduced into plans by national and local governments and other organizations. In this study, we will organize the functions of green infrastructure’s that are thought to be able to be evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively based on domestic and international systems and literature, and then establish a comprehensive evaluation method using scoring as a method for comprehensively evaluating multiple evaluation results, and examine the concept and possible use of this method.
