As the treatment for congenital biliary atresia, of ate there is nothing to save the life except for the urgical intervention by the reestablishment of biliaryenteric continuity. Although hepatoportojejunostomy have been few successful cases reported. And also there are so many problems to be disolved on this disease still yet now. The purpose of this research aims to clarify the factors on postoperative ascending cholangitis, which is discussed on the relationship between methods of hepatoportojejunostomy and postoperative enterobacteric changes through the experimentation of 38 clinical cases and 30 experimental dogs.
