隔離培養された異細胞群の仕切り除去時の挙動

This paper discusses the behavior of different cell groups which are cultured together in the same dish. Many researches for constructing tissue using several types of cells have been carried out. To make the experiment simple, we culture only two different types of cells. The cells are initially separated by a partition wall, and the cells’ behavior are monitored by a camera through a microscope after removing the partition. We try to observe how they migrate, contact and mix. An interesting behavior is observed that the NIH3T3 cell group actively push against the HUASMC cell group. The boundary line between two groups is determined, and is found not always centered between the groups.
