Now the so-called teleworking is emerging and nibbling away the conventional offirces worldwide. Although people have been vocal about the necessity of this new workstyle, few research have been conducted with regard to individuals' preference to teleworking. A questionnaire survey was conducted, and seven hypotheses were formulated and put to the test. One of the findings is that people turn to teleworking not because of the value system stemmed from their occupational status, but of necessities of their daily working life.
