In the actual agricultural production, costs of weeding and the insect pest control, etc. are existing. However, most of residents of cities could not aware such cost correctly. Therefore, city residents, as consumer, can’t understand whether prices of merchandise correspond to the farming labor or not. In this study, information correcting tool consisted by GPS and Web camera was used. Then, it corrected scenery of actual rural area, Marumori city, Miyagi. Corrected pictures were open to the public on the Web and the questionnaire was executed as well. It verified whether the person’s movement was activated or not when the information distribution was activated. At the same time, whether the activation of the information distribution was able to change city resident’s literacy was examined.
