We developped the wearable sensor system for workload evaluation of the plant maintenance operation. This system can gather 2-ch ECG and 3-axis acceleration. Using these data, we estimate the index of workload at real time. Also we developped the workload database to plan proper process considered workload. This database is composed of the standard workload according to the experimental data in the laboratory
