The quantitative analysis of guanidino-compounds in a living body was made using high performance liquid chromatography with colorimetric method.
The operations were performed by the operation system as shown in Fig. 7. Eiuate from the separation column (HITACHI•#2619-F, 4×80mm) was mixed with the developing solution S1, and heated in 5m reaction coil A (0.5mm inner diameter) at 70°C. The mixture was further mixed with the developing solution S2, and heated to color-develop at 70° in 15m reaction coil B (0.5mm inner diameter). Then, absorbance of the reaction mixture was measured at 535nm. As the result, ten kinds of guanidine-compounds were sensitively measured.
