In order to observe the counteracting effect of allithiamine on acute hydrocyanic acid poisoning, the influence of allithiamine and other vitamins upon the action of liver rhodanese in vivo and in vitro with dd-strain mice. In vi o, thiamine propyldisulfide and vitamin B_6 promoted the action of liver rhodanese and vitamin K suppressed it.
