The parasitic ferromagnetism found in the ammonium Tutton salt of iron group ion is discussed.By solving the eigen value problem of the quadratic form of spin variables which represents the dipolar and exchange interactions, we can obtain the antiferromagnetic ordered state agreeing well with the experimental results. It can be shown that the main effect in Mn case is the crystalline field, and in Co case the anisotropic dipolar and exchange interactions. The curie point and susceptibilities are calculated and a possible domain structure is postulated.
