    Room air conditioner evolves from the one just for cooling and heating the room to the one that places emphasis on energy-saving and comfortableness. The problem of room air conditioner is the control of cooling operation during sleeping and the control of air quality. To solve these problems, various new functions are reached, developed and adopted to products from the viewpoint of life research. The new function of deodorization with hybrid Catechin can keep its effect for a same period as the life of products. To restrain the odor generated at the cooling operation, the function that restrains the growth of mold and keeps the inside of room air conditioner clean is developed and adopted to product.
