A Delivery meal tableware, aimed to support elderly people’s dietary life, was developed by Human Design Technology (HDT) as one of the methodological solutions for Human Centered Design. In the process, many user requirements for delivery meals were extracted through the HDT direct observation and 3 point task analysis. These user requirements were transformed to the structured design concept, design guideline for user friendly delivery meals and then, made realization as a prototype. The prototype was evaluated as superior to existing products significantly, therefore the design guideline was proposed as a valid solution for developing user friendly delivery meals.
