    This research is based on case examples wich is the method of organizing the purpose and costraints during a system introduction to match implementation to the customer requests.

    In this case study, we proposed the Redmine (an open source software project management tool) to our user in need of production management.If we clear the requests,options of implementation will increase.We will continue to resarch and propose to help companies who are having trouble with introducing systems.

    In recent years, the environment surrounding business has changed rapidly due to the promotion of digital transformation. Subcontractors in the software industry are under pressure to transform from a contracted business model to a value creation model that co-creates with customers. Previous studies said there is a lack of management education for Small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs), and a lack of learning to create “new businesses” is a problem in training for mid-level managers. This research focused on the human resource development method for technology management for medium-sized companies and SMEs. We conducted a demonstration experiment at a medium-sized software company A and measured the effect. As a result, we could confirm the effect of educating middle-ranking managers who can create businesses. We will continue to work on various improvements and contribute to the development of the software industry.

    Japanese companies are lagging behind the rest of the world in promoting DX. In particular, it is said from previous research that there is a problem with purpose. In this research, we investigated whether the simulated experience using a card game solved a problem through the requirements definition process. As a result of this survey, it was effective in grasping the purpose and target and selecting the priority of the requirements. We believe that the way we play card games needs to be improved. In the future, I would like to improve the way games are played, eliminate the recognition gap in requirement definition, and eventually contribute to promoting DX in Japanese companies.

    In Japan, there is a chronic shortage of ICT human resources, and ICT skills are also in short supply. Previous research has proposed a mechanism to decompose and organize the business knowledge possessed by veteran consultants and prevent omissions in consideration.

    Therefore, in this research, we focused on the ICT skill test method and conducted a demonstration experiment of a mechanism for inheriting the know-how of experts.

    As a result, even an inexperienced person could create the test specifications. However, there is room for improvement. We will continue to contribute to resolving the shortage of ICT human resources by systematizing and structuring human resource quality issues.

    Digital Transformations (DX) promotion has become indispensable for business. However, DX promotion is not enough for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, it is difficult for SMEs to solve the shortage of human resources, which is an issue for DX promotion. Therefore, in this study, we focused on the introduction of the ERP system, which is part of the DX promotion, and the lack of ability to define requirements, which is one of the issues of shortage of human resources. And, based on the agile philosophy, we proposed a model of agile software development method for SMEs. As the result of the study, it was found that the method is effective for some issues. In the future, we will improve the model based on this case and contribute to the DX promotion for SMEs.

    Japanese Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are not systematized. Furthermore, according to previous studies, it is said that there are various problems such as lack of knowledge of systemization and lack of recognition of influence on related organizations in work involving inter-organizational cooperation.In this research, we investigated whether simulated experiences using card games would be effective in solving problems. As a result of the survey, the cognitive gap was noticed, but it could not be said to be effective. However, there is a possibility that it will be possible to make the pseudoexperience more effective in the future by making it easier for the target company to imagine the industry. In the future, we would like to improve the means for simulating, to eliminate the lack of recognition of the impact on related organizations in the work involving inter-organizational cooperation, and to contribute to the systematization of Japanese SMEs.

     Electromagnetic waves are widely used in several applications. However, many unanswered questions remain about the effects of electromagnetic waves on living organisms. One of the investigations of such biological effects is the evaluation of behavior when a living body is exposed to electromagnetic waves. In a previous study, it was suggested that magnetic fields with a frequency of 400 kHz, exposure time of 24 hours, and magnetic field strength of 10 A/m may affect the behavior of mice. In the present study, we investigated the physiological significance of the influence on mice behavior under the same conditions. Mice with a locomotion meter implanted in their back were placed in a cage that generated magnetic field. We then compared the results with spontaneous brain substance in the absence of magnetic field exposure.

    To advance understanding of the mechanisms of neural interactions, including complex electrical and biochemical reactions, we designed and fabricated a microdialysis probe with multichannel neural electrodes for simultaneously recording both electrical and chemical neural signals. The microelectrodes were fabricated on the curved surface of the guide cannula of the microdialysis probe by using micro-electro-mechanical systems technologies. The advantage of placing microelectrodes on the guide cannula is that, like conventional microdialysis probe, the part of membrane in the microdialysis probe can be removed and replaced without further surgery to the animal, depending on an experimental design or in the case of mechanical failure of the membrane. Because of difficulty in controlling the etching conditions to expose the microelectrodes, we applied only a wet process for this fabrication with photosensitive polyimide and electrodeposition resist. Photosensitive polyimide was used for base and insulated layers. Chromium-gold, patterned with electrodeposition resist as a sacrificial layer, was used for individual recording electrode sites, interconnect lines, and connection pads. In biochemical studies, the fabricated microdialysis probe with multichannel electrodes has satisfied the physical properties of electro impedance and the recovery rate of neural substances, permitting practical use for animal experiments.

    Neurotransmitters play an important role on function of lower urinary tract. In the present study, we have attempted to measure neurotransmitters (acetylcholine, norepinephrine, adenosine 5'-triphosphate, nitric oxide) releases induced by electrical field stimulation (EFS) in rabbit lower urinary tract smooth muscles using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with microdialysis procedure. The rabbit lower urinary tract smooth muscle strips were mounted in thermostatically controlled organ bath for isometric tension recordings. Microdialysis probe, which was perfused with Ringer solution, was inserted into the smooth muscle strip.The dialysate during EFS was collected, and the amount of neurotransmitter released in the dialysate was measured by HPLC. The effects of stimulation frequency on neurotransmitter release were evaluated. All neurotransmitter releases induced by EFS were increased in a frequency dependent manner. After pretreatment with tetrodotoxin, the neurotransmitter releases induced by EFS were significantly suppressed to the control levels. These results suggested that this new method was useful to investigate the neurotransmitter releases from lower urinary tract smooth muscles.

    This paper is a research note that summarizes various studies for promoting DX. This research covers the scope of the ERP system introduction in DX. In addition, the scope is to support the person in charge of promoting DX. From the survey on the actual system introduction, the issues are “not documenting the requirements”, “insufficient organization of business / stakeholder requirements”, and “purpose / goal is not clear” at Requirement stage. In order to solve this, I have been worked on “reverse engineering using data”, “simulated experience by card game”, “system development process improvement”, “network diagram for selecting participants”, and “problem root cause analysis”. In the future, I plan to build a mechanism for “visualization of the agreement status of goals” and “semi-automation of requirement define”. I hope that this research will solve the problems of the person in charge of DX promotion in the company, promote the introduction of the ERP system, and contribute to the promotion of DX in Japan.

    脳では一過性虚血後,フリーラジカルが発生するが,同時に発生する捕捉物質により不活性化されると考えられている。著者は脳虚血再灌流後のフリーラジカルである窒素酸化物の発生とその捕捉物質であるグルタチオンの間に関連があると仮説を立て,以下の研究を行った。フィッシャー種ラット(CDF344)12匹に対し,一過性前脳虚血を作成した。大脳皮質に微小灌流用プローブを留置し,25分おきに透析液を回収した。得られたサンプルからNO_2^-, NO_3^-,還元型グルタチオン(GSH),酸化型グルタチオン(GSSG)を測定した。NO_3^-は虚血時の63.5±14.5(以下,平均±標準誤差)μMから再潅流中34.9±4.6μM(25分値)へ有意に減少した(p<0.001)。一方,NO_2^-は変化しなかった。GSHは虚血開始後0.24±0.07μMから急速に上昇し,再灌流25分で6.64±1.64μMをピークに減少した。GSSGは虚血前3.07±1.00μMであったが,再灌流開始後上昇し,50分で8.17±2.35μMとピークに達した。再灌流25分後のNO_3^-濃度とGSH濃度の間には逆相関が認められた(r=-0.88, p<0.001)。以上の結果より,虚血再灌流初期ではGSHが放出され,NO_3^-を捕捉すると考えられた。

    雄性スナネズミ (n=46) に前脳虚血 (3分, 5分, 7分) を負荷し, 笑気がDC potential, 神経障害度に与える影響を定量的に比較した。また5分虚血時における虚血時の細胞外グルタミン酸濃度の変化を測定した。笑気により脱分極のonset時間は有意に短縮 (p<0.01) し, 5分虚血時の神経障害度は有意に増加 (p<0.01) した。しかし虚血前後の細胞外グルタミン酸濃度の変化に笑気の影響はなかった。笑気はスナネズミ前脳虚血モデルにおいて5分虚血時の神経障害を増加させるように働き, その要因として脱分極のonset時間の短縮, 細胞外グルタミン酸濃度以外の事象の関与が示唆された。

    目的: 咬合障害とストレス反応の関連を明らかにするために咬合障害を与えたラットの前頭皮質ドーパミン放出量を測定した. 咬合障害を付与した状態での摂食時ドーパミン放出量の増加は不安を含めた精神医学的なストレス反応に関与しているという仮説を検証するために, 抗不安作用のあるベンゾジアゼピン系薬物ジアゼパムの影響を調べた.
    方法: 前頭皮質中のドーパミン放出量の測定はマイクロダイアリシス法を用いて行った. 各実験において対照群と咬合障害群の2群に分け, おのおのをn=6とした. ドーパミン放出量の測定は摂食180分後まで行った. 実験1固形飼料を摂食させ, ドーパミン放出量の経時的変化を測定した. 実験2摂食前にジアゼパムを投与し, その後のドーパミン放出量の経時的変化を測定した. 実験3摂食前に生理食塩水を投与し, その後のドーパミン放出量の経時的変化を測定した.
    結果: 実験1咬合障害群は摂食後ドーパミン放出量に有意な増加を認めた.実験2咬合障害群と対照群でドーパミン放出量に有意差は認められなかった. 実験3咬合障害群は摂食後, ドーパミン放出量に有意な増加を認めた.
    結論: 咬合障害を付与したラットの摂食時前頭皮質ドーパミン放出は増大し, その反応はジアゼパムにより抑制されることが統計学的に証明された. 本研究により, 咬合障害は不安を含めた精神医学的ストレスを惹起することが明らかにされた.

    There are no studies reported on the salivary serotonin concentrations in adolescent patients suffering from impulsive behavior. In order to elucidate the role of serotonin in impulsivity, salivary serotonin concentrations of nine psychiatric patients and nine normal participants were measured. Both groups also completed the SSS scale (Zuckerman et al., 1978). Salivary serotonin level of patients with impulsivity was higher than that of the normal group (p = 0.040, Mann-Whitney). Moreover, the Dis scale of the patients was lower than that of the normal participants. The results were incongruent with our working hypothesis. Further research is required to clarify the relation between salivary serotonin concentrations and impulsivity.

    中枢神経障害は心肺蘇生後の重篤な合併症である。最近,脳内興奮性アミノ酸受容体の刺激亢進が脳虚血後の神経細胞死の原因となることが動物実験で明らかにされている。著者らは,臨床例において心肺蘇生後の中枢神経障害に対する興奮性アミノ酸機序の関与を探るため,蘇生後の患者11例で脳脊髄液中のアミノ酸神経伝達物質の濃度を高速液体クロマトグラフィーを用いて測定した。脊椎麻酔を施行された予定手術患者16例を対照とした。その結果,心肺蘇生後,脳脊髄液中の興奮性アミノ酸であるグルタミン酸,アスパラギン酸濃度はそれぞれ対照の3.6倍,5.7倍に有意に増加し,一方タウリン,アラニンの増加も認めた。本研究により,臨床例においても,虚血性神経細胞死,中枢神経機能障害にアミノ酸神経伝達物質の変化が関与することが示唆された。

    A cup-stacked carbon nanotube (CSNT) was formed by stacking cup-shaped carbon units with a hollow open channel of 80 to 100 nm in diameter, in contrast to the structure of a conventional multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNT) made up of some seamless cylinders. The side of the cup is hydrophobic and the edge is hydrophilic due to the presence of carboxyl groups. Thus, a CSNT has a large hollow space in which one can incorporate enzyme molecules based on a physical adsorption. In this work, CSNT and other nanosize supports [MWNT, graphite, activated carbon and aminopropyl CPG (APCPG)] were packed into similar stainless-steel columns (4 × 3 mm), and glucose oxidase (GOD) was adsorbed by circulating an enzyme solution into each column. The CSNT adsorbed GOD both strongly and rapidly. The adsorbed amount was significantly larger than those onto MWNT, graphite, and activated carbon, and equivalent to that immobilized onto APCPG by a glutaraldehyde crosslinking reaction. As a result, it was found that CSNT has a high adsorptive activity for GOD. The flow-injection system with a GOD adsorbed CSNT packed column responded linearly to the concentration of glucose over a dynamic range of 5 × 10−7∼1 × 10−3 M.

    The purpose of this randomized controlled trial was to investigate the efficacy of dietary supplementation with anotioxidative vitamins, vitamin (C(VC) and E(VE), for preventing progression of periodontal disease in nonsmokers. A total of 42 patients in periodontal maintenance were randomly assigned to the test group, VC (1,000mg/day) and VE (135mg/day) or the placebo group. Two subjects were dropped from the study due to incidental reasons. Plaque index (PII), clinical attachment level (CAL), probing pocket depth (PPD), gingival index (GI), blleding on probing (BOP), serum level of VC and VE, and several antioxidant levels from gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) were measured at baseline, 12 and 24 weeks following the supplementation. Serum VC and Ve levels in the test group increased significantly at 12 and 24 weeks. BOP and PPD were significantly improved (p<0.05) in the test group at 12 and 24 weeks. BOP and PPD were significantly improved (p<0.05) in the test group at 12 and 24 weeks, respectively, by the subject based analysis compared with the status at the baseline. The test group demonstrated a significant improvement against the placebo group in both GI and BOP at 12 and 24 weeks (p<0.05). VC and reduced glutathione (GSH) levels of GCF in the test group significantly increased at 12 and 24 weeks in comparison with the baseline (p<0.01). Although VE level of GCF significantly decreased from that at the baseline in the placebo group, no change was observed in the test group. Furthermore, in regard to the sites with no gingival inflammation (GI=0) at the baseline, significant increases in the change of GSH and VC levels of GCF were found in the test group compared with the placebo group (p<0.01 and p<0.05, respectively). The exacerbation of GI at these sites in the test group was significantly suppressed compared with that of the placebo group (p<0.05). As to the sites with gingival inflammation (GI≧1) at the baseline, there were no significant differences between the test group and the placebo group in the changes of these parameters. These results suggest that supplements of VC and VE may prevent periodontal disease in non-smokers during the periodontal maintenance period through controlling oxidative status in the periodontal tissues.

    Rooibos tea is a kind of herbal tea, which is originated in South Africa. The purpose of this paper is to clarify Con A-Sepharose associated substances in Rooibos tea.

    Main mineral contents of Rooibos tea are almost the same as human body fluids. (extra-cellular fluids plus intra-cellular fluids). The Con A-Sepharose associated subsfanes have relatively high values of velocity constant against superoxide radicals. From these results, it is suggested that scavengers and an ideal mineral balance in Rooi}?os tea prevent some adult and geriatric diseases.
