This report, “Well-Being Housing Development Strategy,” reveals the management strategies and concepts that Iida Group Holdings Corporation (IGHD) has worked on.

Furthermore, it discusses their Engineering Management Strategies as implementation tactics. It reports how their management identity and engineering capabilities create homes that families dream of and homeowners live a happy lifestyle.

  In the history of Social Education, Kyouson is known as a founder of Jiyūdaigaku (Free University, 1921-1930). Jiyūdaigaku was a noted nongovernmental Social Education movement, which has been analyzed in many ways. But Kyouson's Social Education Theory has not been analyzed in full. Especially, there are few preceeding studies which have related his theory with his way of thinking. The purpose of this paper is to show how his theory is related with his thought and the new view of education he tried to present.

  Firstly, I discuss his fundamental view of the world was. Kyouson thought that the subject and the object mutually symbolize each other. Secondly, I discuss how this is reflected in his Social Reconstruction Theory. This must be seen in relationship to his Culturalism (Bunkashugi), Personalisrn (Jinkakushugi), Idealism (Riōshugi), and pluralistic conception of the Society. He believed that individuals should have the necessary character to make sound judgements. Thirdly, Kyouson's Social Education Theory, in which his new view of education was presented, is considered. The bedrock of his theory was proletarian culture. he advocated consistently the posibility of diversity in cognition and presented ideas for practical debate based on a semantic, phenomenological analysis of education.

  In 1917 the Metropolitan Police Board enforced "Regulations of the Moving Picture Exhibitions" in Tokyo. But these regulations are very strange in our point of view. Because they didn't attach importance to the censorship which is usually a means of repression by the police. Why didn't they so?

  First because the exhibition of moving pictures still retained the quality of a live preformance. For example, it was accompanied by a lecturer (benshi)'s performance and a live music performnce. This fact made it nonsense for the police to censor films. For a film changed its meaning at every projection. So the police disciplined lecturers and inhibited the chained play (which is a special form of exhibition combining play with movies) instead of censoring films.

  Second because spectators in that era made an indecent atmosphere in a movie theater. So they didn't devote themselves to a film. They also entertained an indecent atomospher. This made it nonsence for the police to censor films, too. For spectators received an excessive meaning from this atomosphere.

  So the censorship can have an effect only after modernizing the communication in movie theaters. This was impossible in that era.

加熱式タバコ・アイコスは日本で急速に普及し，2016年10月時点において，アイコスは世界の10か国以上で販売されていたが，世界シェアの95%以上が日本であり，日本が世界に先駆けて加熱式タバコの実験場となっているのである．加熱式タバコは，従来の紙巻きタバコのようにタバコ葉に直接火をつけるのではなく，タバコ葉に熱を加えてニコチン等を含んだエアロゾルを発生させる方式の新型タバコである．電子タバコでは，吸引器に溶液を入れ，コイルを巻いた加熱器で熱し，発生したエアロゾルを吸い込む．溶液には，ニコチンや果物などの匂いの人工香料，グリセリン，プロピレングリコールなどが含まれる．

新型タバコ（加熱式タバコ及び電子タバコ）から発生するエアロゾルは，単なる水蒸気ではない．これまでに分かっている情報を総合して，加熱式タバコを吸っている人のリスクは，紙巻タバコよりも低いとは言えない，と考えられる．予防すべき対象は，新型タバコも含めた，すべての「タバコの煙」だと考える．

In this paper, the results of analysis of disaster management entities established at municipal governments in the event of natural disasters in Japan will be reported. Specifically, the paper will discuss the case of a disaster management headquarters at the Ojiya city government in the event of the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake, and the case of a similar entity in the Sanjo city in the event of the torrential rain. The design of a standard EOC system suitable for our country in reference to the EOC system in the United States will also be proposed in this paper based on the analysis of present status of disaster management authorities in our country.

物流分野における労働力不足が懸念される中，ドローン配送は離島や山間部などの過疎地を中心に有効な輸送手段として期待されている．ドローン配送普及のためには，民法により土地所有者の権利が及ぶ個人敷地上の空域における通行許可が不可欠であり，土地所有者に支払われる上空利用料に焦点を当てている．本研究の目的は，ドローンが個人の敷地上空を通過する回数と距離に着目し，ドローン配送のための上空利用料の基本システムを確立することである．積分幾何学のランダムラインの知見を用い，ドローンの飛行ルートが格子状敷地を通過する回数及び通過長の予測に，対象敷地の面積比と敷地形状が与える影響を調べた．特に，通過数と通過長間の相関係数の解析解を求めることで，都心部・地方部における固定料金と可変料金の使い分けの有用性を提案した．
