本研究では,第一に,webシステム系の学生の報告やwebサイトの調査をベースにして,web系技術者のコミュニティに焦点を当て,社会的アーキテクチャとしてのWeb2.0の使用環境や使われた方を明らかにした.また,同時に,現代的なWeb2.0システムの開発環境がどのようなものかを明らかにした.第二に,筆者たちが関わるWeb2.0システム開発プロジェクトについてのフィールド調査によって,システムを開発した学生たちのWeb2.0技術の学習環境のデザインがどのようなものであったかを分析した.最後に,こうした調査の結果をもとに,状況的学習論の観点から,現代的なweb技術の学習環境のデザインを行うための観点を示した.

We discuss about sustainability in Web-based education to promote both development and maintenance of contents. We introduce several solutions for the sustainability through a case study in Chitose Institute of Science and Technology. In the present study, we arrange development method using a simple model with a use case of UML (Unified Modeling Language). To construct the basic model, we introduce actors of teachers for the lectures, students for making contents and officers who support to provide the authoring environment and the format for making contents. On basis of this model, we manage a project-based learning, where the actors with two types of students are coordinated under hierarchy structures, and interact with teachers managing through the learning.

New reformation project on engineering education, which is supported from 2005 to 2008FY by Support Program for Contemporary Educational Needs of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, started in Kyushu Institute of Technology. In this project, teaching experience of students is introduced into the curriculum of Faculty of Engineering. In the curriculum students try to prepare teaching materials and to teach local school pupils with them by themselves. Teaching experience is remarkably effective for them to strengthen their self-dependence and learning motivation. Science Education Center, Science Laboratory and Super Teachers College were also organized to promote the area cooperation on the education of science and mathematics.

1) 医学教育において，学生が医学英語を習得する必要性が年々増している．しかし，和歌山県のような地方では，医学知識を備えた，英語を母国語とする教員の確保が極めて困難である．
2) 和歌山県立医科大学では，他大学で一般英語を担当する米国人を教員とし，米国で患者教育用に開発された，疾患を解説する動画配信ソフトを教材として，2年生を対象に医学英語教育を試みた．
3) この方法は，医療知識を備えた英語教員の確保が困難な地域における医学英語教育に有効な手段となりうる．また，この方法により，学生は医学英語と同時に様々な疾患の知識を深めることができると考えられた．

文部科学省による平成16年度, 大学教育における(現代GP)において「デジタル・アーキビストの養成」が選定され, 専門職制としてのデジタル・アーキビストの人材育成が始まろうとしている.デジタル・アーキビストの養成の基礎資料として, 博物館学芸員, 図書館司書, 教員, 文化事業団, 企業, 教育センター等の指導主事, 県・市町村職員など各方面の人を対象に, デジタル・アーキビストが活躍する分野, 持つべき能力, 養成のための教育内容等について調査した.その調査結果とそこから得られた事項について資料として報告する.

Toyama Prefecture has five government-controlled rivers and a complete water hydrologic basin from 3000 meter-level mountains to estuaries. Taking advantage of these unique geological benefits, College of Technology, Toyama Prefectural University has established an educational program for better understanding of whole river basin environment. The program consists of regular lectures and Field practice. Field practice is a newly offered and core course. Educational effectiveness of Field practice was evaluated through submitted reports and questionnaires results from current and graduated students. According to the results, the students took Field practice in highly positive way and thought that Field practice played a very important role to help them to understand knowledge and skills which they had learned in lectures and laboratory experiments. On the other hand, several weak points were also found and need to be improved.

本稿は、(現代GP)「郷土愛育成による環境改善教育システム構築－河北潟リテラシーと創造工学演習による河北潟環境教育と環境改善の取組－(平成十九年度採択)」における河北潟リテラシーの実施において生じた、工業高専における地域史教育の問題について考察し、今後の可能性を探求するものである。本論は二部構成とし、第一部は地域史教育のケーススタディとして河北潟リテラシーの実施報告を佐々木が行い、第二部は地域史の研究・普及プロジェクトについて、また今後の地域史教育の方向性ついての考察を宮下が行った。

 北海道情報大学では，通信教育部にてインターネットを活用した単位修得可能なeラーニングを実施し，学習意欲の維持や知識定着に一定の効果を上げている．また，通学部においてもeラーニングを開始し，多様化する学生のスキルやニーズ，ライフスタイルに対応した教育の実践が可能になった．本研究は，eラーニングを座学教育と連動・補完させることで，医療現場で即戦力と貢献できる診療情報管理士，医療情報技師の人材の育成を行う．教材は，PCや携帯電話，携帯オーディオから常時利用可能とし，適時メンタリングすることで利用の活性化をはかる．また，eラーニングシステム開発や教材制作に学生を参画させ，「インストラクショナルデザイン」のスキル向上も行う．座学授業を補完する一環として「用語ドリル」，「知識ゲーム」，「医療情報技師試験の実力診断」を実施する．個別対応可能なeラーニング教材をインターネットにて学内外へ公開し，「基礎学力の向上」，「学習意欲や満足度の向上」をコンセプトに質の高い医療情報人材を育てることが可能なシステムを構築する．

The purpose of this study is to document how students can be provided with a creative engineering education in collaboration with the local community. It is important for students to tackle the problems of local community. The involvement of young people, such as college students, in solving the problems of local communities will contribute to their revitalization. Kanazawa Institute of Technology (KIT) created two introductory engineering design courses : Engineer Design I (ED I) and Engineer Design II (ED II). ED I is taught in the freshman year, and ED II is taught in the sophomore year. KIT started a collaborative project with Nonoichi Town, where KIT campus is located. Officials of Nonoichi Town supplied KIT students in ED II with real project themes, to which solutions were needed, in order to improve the quality of town life. The officials provided students with valuable information and practical advice. As a result, students were able to generate excellent and viable design solutions.

平成18年10月12日，東京大学農学部弥生講堂において，東京大学大学院農学生命科学研究科などが主催する現代GP（）国際シンポジウム（I），21世紀農学コロキウム第8回ワークショップ「食の安全科学をめざす獣医疫学とリスク評価」が開催された。本シンポジウムには獣医疫学会他2学会が協賛している。シンポジウムは2部から構成され，第I部では食品衛生分野から，イタリア・インスブリア大学のアントニオ・トニオロ氏が「急慢性感染症病原体としての腸内ウイルス」について，高知大学医学部の岩堀淳一郎氏が「腸炎ビブリオ食中毒のリスク評価モデル」について講演を行った。また，第II部では家畜衛生分野，特にBSEに関して，スイス連邦獣医局のダクマー・ハイム氏が「各国のBSEリスク」について，農林水産省消費・安全局の杉浦勝明氏が「日本におけるBSE発生の疫学モデル」についてそれぞれ講演を行った。食の安全やBSEに関するシンポジウムであったこともあり，多くの聴衆が参加し，講演後も活発な質問や意見交換が行われた。以下にその概要を報告する。
