N2O is a greenhouse gas in the troposphere the potential ozone destroyer in the stratosphere. Japanese tea field emitted large amount of N2O because of high level of fertilization. This study is to investigate the production and consumption mechanisms of N2O in the tea field soil by isotopomer analysis.
