We report on analytical procedures for Li isotopic analysis of olivine by a High Resolution Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (HR-SIMS), Cameca ims-1270 with mono-collection system.In order to accomplish high spatial resolution and accurate Li isotope analysis, analytical conditions determined and reliable standards prepared.
