抄録
In Japanese language classes for international high school students studying in Japan, we verified the effectiveness of using a portfolio as a self-learning management tool. One problem is that students are not setting specific monthly goals. Additionally, creating a portfolio was a burden to the students. Portfolios need to have a simple structure and incorporate methods other than paper-based media. Most importantly, from the beginning of the course, students need to understand the significance of autonomous learning.
