In this study, I focused on China big tourism company=Spring tourism company that is the main leading figure of the rapid progress during the quantitative expansion of Chinese inbound that increase since 2014 and elucidated rapid growth and the factor of Spring tourism company through fact-finding. As the result, the main factors of Spring groups’ progress came from their two strategies that ①adopting the vertical unification through setting up the new low cost airline and ②adopting short term recycling human resources management, and that made them possible to realize low-cost and pull in large quantities of customers. Particularly, the company adopted both strategies approximately at the same time, and pursued synergy effect. As the result, the company secured competition predominance. This point is a notable point.
