抄録
The purpose of the research is to summarize of design method of the urban environment devices suited with the shopping mall in China. Investigation results concerning the urban environment devices in the Nanjing East Road in Shanghai, give the following conclusions : 1)Using the time elements widely creates properties of continuous landscape, it shows that human beings are important in urban environment. 2)The space elements distributed regularely along the street become important factors of the continuous landscape. But the changes of the natural factors, are less considered. 3)The information elements are combined together in poles. It proves that the common poles are important to put the messy bussiess space in order.
