    The connection flange of the FRP pipe, from the three-dimensional structure, cannot be a product formed without using the second processing method of molding a tube fabricated by arranging a unidirectional reinforcing fiber. This study reports the findings of a centrifugal forming method made possible 1 pc production in 10 minutes to 2 hours and not require secondary processing the ASA150 flange up to 3.5m from the minimum 50 mm.

    In joints capable of disassembling the joint portion in the fixed state of the FRP pipe, there are a flange joint for joining at the interview faces with a number of bolts and a union joining from outside with one screw. In any of the joint parts for connecting to the tube end, there are three types of adhesion, threaded, and layered junctions. Furthermore, it is also possible to interpose a spacer having a function such as bend/ branch between the joints. This is a research report on these selectable high-pressure tube fittings.

    In this manuscript, based on the table of CO2・H2S partial pressures which have been used in the steel as an oil well pipe to clarify the extent to which steel pipe can be replaced to high pressure and corrosion resistant FRP pipe. In addition, to find the CO2 partial pressure / H2S partial pressure / pH / temperature correlation within the range that FRP pipe can be replaced. Finally, we aim to establish GPI criteria applicable to FRP pipe as oil country tubular goods.

    Conventional hydrogen station for filling a hydrogen tank of a motor vehicle from the low pressure within the time of 3 minutes limited and provided with an expensive high pressure pump, the price is in the way of the spread. In this research, the pressure reduction method, without the need for expensive high pressure pump, and to allow refilling of the hydrogen in the vehicle tank 1 min (Fig. 1). In addition, the two-layer for realizing a constant pressure type of the other layers to be combined gas (medium) is an argon gas, water, optionally but such carbon dioxide gas can be used, during both of which the accident safety I improved. Also the pressure of and reduce the cyclic fatigue of the tank, which also improves the safety. In the hydrogen station constant pressure system shown in Figure 1, the high pressure gas filling pump requiring large high energy is not required. (Reduced from 80MPa to 1/160 of 0.2MPa) By the station scale but established two tons hydrogen gas container in two stages shown in Figure 1, to obtain a gas output of 70MPa from above by injection. These can gas transfer in the tank volume variation by the booster pump water in about one hour.

    We have succeeded to develop “polymer-blend” resin for FRP OCTG with acid resistance of pH2 level by mixing the resin excellent in both elongation and heat resistance applicable for deep well and EOR. We have also succeeded to construct hybrid theory of resin for FRP OCTG to get high performance and to avoid destruction. The production of cost-effective FRP oil well pipes for deep wells and for EOR with highly acidic condition can be expected.

    In nuclear power plant operation, the essential of nuclear facilities of the accident, the correct recognition and environmental regulation of tolerance for low-level radiation of the environment associated with the processing of nuclear waste is a basic. Past fly low-level radiation exposure experiments were used results in proportion to the dose of harm to the organism, there is the wrong interpretation. Meanwhile, hot springs bathing containing a low level of radiation humans are recognized for a long time is also known that there is a health recovery effect. For this report detailed dose a negative impact on important human low-level radiation, the results of a survey of all documents that have been published, reveals that the current critical in many environmental regulation value is incorrect.

    Nuclear waste treating is based on the original thinking that stratum convection by the motion of the moon and the earth as seen from the universe, because of need to be tens of thousands of years thinking. In addition, one million years corpse of a previously deposited on the seabed organisms dived underground at the crustal movement. Then, there exist anywhere fossil fuels as the oil and gas by microbial degradation under high temperature and high pressure earth, and low-density gas is also enclosed underground without leaving. Nuclear waste disposal which take advantage of these natural phenomena is required. First, the treatment plant is in the field that requires a study of the re-engineering geophysical, and a natural phenomenon resulting from the features of the formation of crustal movement should be used as treatment plant of the nuclear waste.

    We have previously developed resin EP-1 for the oil well pipe having both pH2 level of acid-resistant and 200 ℃ level of heat resistance, for use of deep well and enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and its acid resistance was evaluated by GPI standard simple corrosion resistance degradation test method. Furthermore, in this paper, we have confirmed the degree of degradation of acetic acid-dipped products resin EP-1 evaluated in the GPI standard simple corrosion resistance degradation test method and original cured one by the measurement of thermal analysis, as well as heat resistance change.

    Design large roof by two curved strut of competition adopted, with respect to maintenance cost savings of endurance deterioration of construction costs and building of a length of about 300m, construction and different carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced by a conventional high-tensile steel FRP as a result of carried out the manufacturing of construction work carried out design, construction costs further in the large roof is 10 billion yen, which was said to be about 150 billion yen in the existing method, maintenance it becomes free for 40 years, and the construction period is 2 years report so that it is possible to complete it was found.

    In this study, cationic glass-fiber auxiliary material NBL-18 (stearic acid amide three acetic acid salt) were synthesized as the desired product by the reaction of methyl stearate and tetraethylene pentamine (TEPA), without using a special experimental apparatus. Termination of the reaction is successfully confirmed by thin layer chromatography, and the introduction of the amide is successfully confirmed by infrared spectroscopy. In addition, we succeeded to synthesize it by using electric fryer for household.
