In today's society, where progress such as new technology and new product development is remarkable, there are many cases where professionals are asked to recognize their duties and legal responsibilities. It has become a society that requires a manufacturer's liability law stipulated from the standpoint of Academic associations, which have the function of disclosing the progress of science and technology, peer-review submitted new technology information and publish it, and standardize and publish necessary new technologies for dissemination. The new technology awareness obligations of a licensable profession are published new technical information and technical standards in the area of expertise covered. Here, we will establish a relationship between the necessary recognition of professionals, technical standards, and research papers regarding the PL Law.

Food applications of the PL law are widely known. Food application is divided into manufactured products (natural products and artificial products) and processing (cooking), and is subdivided into fresh food and processed food, food and drink, and seasonings. The food defect definition is said to be a health hazard. A food sanitation management qualification license is required for food manufacturing, and the production facility is required to be certified by a public health center, and purified drinking water is required to be heat sterilized. The food safety system is based on the qualification of the handler and the approval of the manufacturer, but the applicable system differs from the international standards in some places. Claims for damages against the assailant of a victim of health damage caused by defective food are subject to the Product Liability Act, and the judgment of the assailant's professional negligence is stipulated in the Food Handling Standards, Processing Standards, Applicable Ingredients Standards and Standards. . In addition, food poisoning and other health hazards must be prevented by sterilization and disinfection, which are mandatory in food processing. Responsibility for the provision of food products contrary to these norms, standards and obligations is imposed. This study reports the results of research into evaluation criteria that are exempt from food application.

Today's society's “technical standards and published papers required for professionals from the viewpoint of the Product Liability Law” have reached the point of seeking reliability, such as the establishment of standards and criteria for social development and the provision of penalties for business negligence. On the other hand, in the ancient society of the cradle of human culture, technical standards and standards were conceptualized around 3000 to 2500 BC for evaluation methods of numbers, lengths, weights, time, etc., which are the basis of mathematics. There is a theory that it originated from the information base of the theory of mathematical thinking, which is said to have started from ). On the other hand, they have been inherited as culture up to the present day, such as the succession of huge buildings of the same form, the construction of similar bodies, the inheritance of religious rituals, the inheritance of letters and color tools. In this study, we investigated when the standards and standards related to human culture and the products of science and technology were enforced, and how the groups and societies that established them existed. This is the result. The idea of an afterlife (religious thought) for human society dates back to the Stone Age, 5,000 BC, which was discovered in recent Ice Age excavations. In 2500-3000 B.C., the scientific criteria and standards of society were the origin of letters and mathematics, physical unit expressions, social roads, rivers, buildings, the summit of China, pyramids, tombs, etc. It is proved by obvious products that are born with the existence of scientific and technological standards and criteria. It is speculated that these inherited social organizations were inherited from groups of specialists with religious thinking, and are similar to the current social structure.

  • Development of soil heat sterilization equipment that enables continuous cropping (J)
    2022 Volume 8 Issue 1 Pages 39-43

The Next-Generation Agricultural and Fisheries Research Institute and the general incorporated association GPI Standards Committee have developed the proposed soil heat sterilization equipment with the cooperation of the professors who belong to the general incorporated association. This makes it possible to cultivate crops with high commercial value year-round or continuously. Once completed, it is expected to be adopted for the mechanized cultivation plantation of the agricultural power generation project promoted by the affiliated companies of the public electric power company. We will promote the commercialization of pallet soil cultivation in an insulated solar house with a self-consumption power supply device with solar panels attached to the roof. This is an empirical study aimed at enabling robotized mechanized cultivation in a house air-conditioned with a heat pump using a solar power source by open-field cultivation. Here, we report the details of the demonstration system researched and developed using the results of basic research. The core technology is an innovative robot-mechanized soil regeneration that enables continuous soil cultivation. We will introduce the results of the development of a system that enables continuous cropping soil cultivation.

The spread of the next generation of commercial solar power generation applied to parking lots, farming, mountains, and oceans is linked to the spread of the final consumption value as a social infrastructure from the power consumption characteristics. When developing business by connecting to existing infrastructure due to deregulation, power generation costs, transmission costs, and storage costs are the basics. This study attempted to estimate the economic efficiency of a non-transmission type electric power business using hydrogen fuel and lithium-ion batteries, which will spread to the next generation and whose basic technology has now been elucidated. With the addition of a social tailwind, this is a report on the results of cost calculations that have revealed the superiority of hydrogen and tritium-ion batteries, the fourth energy source newly added to power transmission, city gas, and petroleum fuel.

Sola power is dominated by the weather from solar energy to the weather. On the other hand, since electricity demand is necessary at night, stable power supply requires an economic battery. This research is reported on the results of a low -priced battery research that fits the right place, such as in -vehicle and mobile storage batteries, fixed storage batteries for consumer, and fixed -storage batteries for power generation sites. The survey targets a single -body function that has a function that has a function that allows power input / output directly regardless of the DC or exchange, as well as lead storage batteries, lithium ion batteries, hydrogen batteries, etc.

A prototype LPG tank using GPI standard E10 grade was studied. As a result, when comparing the weight of the steel tank and its own weight, the 10 kg tank was reduced from about 12.1 kg to 3.3 kg (about 1/3), and the 20 kg tank was from 18.9 kg to 5.3 kg (about 1/3). As a result, it was confirmed that the gas filling weight ratio was reduced by about 40%, making handling easier. In addition, compared to metal tanks, production costs are expected to be halved due to the use of GPI standard mass production parts due to the structure of the pipe tank. Regarding safety, it is possible to use the heat softening low melting point safety valve that is always installed in the metal tank, but the GP-LPG tank has adopted a quality assurance program from the RTC8 screw assembly structure for the caps on both ends of the pipe, and the remaining amount of screw is managed. And the pressure-resistant breaker ring interior provides a more secure combustible gas leak and emergency release breaker function. In terms of durability, FRP materials do not suffer from stress corrosion cracking, which is a drawback of metal materials.

An ideal aquaculture tank would provide a natural river, lake or marine environment with an artificially clean sanitary environment that approximates the fish's natural habitat. This includes purification of culture water, temperature maintenance, oxygen concentration, running water and appropriate water depth, collision prevention, and necessary feed spraying. The creation of this artificial environment involves the use of geothermal heat and solar power for purification, aerobic, artificial running water, feed spraying, and other automatic controls and waste disposal. We report research results that enable unmanned aquaculture tanks at the ideal minimum cost.
