    The atomic bomb against Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the fifth Lucky Dragon incident by the hydrogen bomb test at Bikini Atoll, in addition Japan also received the baptism of the radiation accident and four times of the Fukushima nuclear power plant, a lot of people with a strong radiation allergy. On the other hand, hot springs erupted in various places as a characteristic of Japan, which was blessed with the volcano, long-term care, in particular the effect of the Radium Hot Springs was recognized for a long time in the spa. Since the accident of Tokyo Electric Power Company, the food radiation contamination is greatly rumored, there is a problem of internal exposure of low doses. However, for exposure of low doses, without yet stated dogma, several different descriptions have been made. An overview of such current situation, along with the review of the theories about the health effects of low-dose radiation, to introduce the latest research achievements in Misasa hot spring which is a famous radon hot springs. Finally, we propose the importance of be regarded as uncertainty problem transformer science that does not melt them scientifically.

    Environmental standards of nuclear waste disposal, are determined from the accident victim of exposure data, such as animal experiments and war and nuclear test. They are all in a short period of time of exposure, is the impact data on the human body. As exposure example of the long-term, there is an exposure of local residents such as natural radiation exposure and radiation dose especially large Radium Hot Springs. Low-level radiation of these day-to-day exposure shows that it is clear from the fact of more than 1000 years that there is a health-promoting effects, not harmful. Japan of Radium Hot Springs (Tamagawa hot spring) there is a history of 1200 years. Overseas there is a Karlovarsky kraj hot spring of Czechoslovakia that Madame Curie was built. This hot spring there is a history of about 500 years. In addition, hot spring with mixed low-level radium utility from ancient times of BC 100 years, there is a fact that was not the environment pollution. In other words, from the history of the human race, which has been living under the low-level radiation, for establishing more appropriate environmental standards of low-level radiation emitted from nuclear waste, we investigate the historic hot springs.

    Earth is a planet that rotates orbiting the sun, that has a natural nuclear reactor in the center, orbited by the asteroid moon, caused the crustal movement in response to the gravitational pull of the moon, and its constituents is cyclically regenerated in the interior of the mantle. This regeneration cycle has been found to be at least 400 million years, seen from the history of the continent birth. In other words, the earth is a natural nuclear reactor, is a substance recycling plant (natural circulation of the nucleus). Taking advantage of this fact, basic logic is established that rare material discharged to the surface should be circulated to the mantle through the crust by utilizing the laws of natural circulation after being utilized by humans. In this paper, we will report on how to do the harmless treatment of radiation waste through the law of natural circulation.

    In the development of FRP OCTG at high temperature and high pressure areas, i.e., for over 5,000 meter class deep well or for EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery), adhesive agent durable to high temperature and designed pressure is strongly required. In this paper, we have newly developed adhesive agent for the bonding of the joint part of FRP pipe under 150℃ level of high temperature, and confirmed that it fulfilled strength retention of GPI Standards (above 80%). Furthermore, we have evaluated the adhesive performance by, simplified tensile test and compared with commercially available adhesives.

    Combination of compounding and an additive of the resin called hybrid processing gives us resin which requires the high pressure and high temperature environment of the oil well tubular market. When performance confirmation of this hybrid processing is tested chemically physically, many cost and time should be required. The performance evaluation method which settled this problem is in the density measurement which aimed at a change's of physical properties being revealed by the undiluted solution density and density measurement after indurating. When analyzing a change in 4 digits of density because indurating volume shrinkage of general resin is about 3 %, the purpose performance evaluation precision is obtained.

    Radiation is not dangerous to the human body if it is low dose. However, as in the case of Chernobyl and Hiroshima Nagasaki A-bombs, when exposed to sharply higher doses than a certain dose, the risk of carcinogenesis will be higher than those who do not. However, compared to radiation below a certain dose, smoking, excessive drinking, etc., is much more risky in carcinogenesis, so we should try to improve our lifestyle rather than break down radiation.

    Recycling of silicon chips discharged in the cell manufacturing process is said to be an urgent issue. In this study, we have succeeded in reforming to high elongation resin by adding a very small amount of silicon nanoparticles. In addition, in order to clarify the principle of the resin modifier, the performance of cured resins were compared with the commercially available silane coupling agent. From the obtained results, the performance of resin modifier was found to be judged by densitometry.
