This paper, based on the authors five years of experience as head of the International Student Support Room, presents an overview of the admission and support of international students at Yokkaichi University over the 26 years of the school's existence and discusses existing problems and their future solutions.
Nineteen books and papers are reviewed to understand how human decision making is incomplete and this paper proposes how to build students' scientific literacy. Several case studies are described upon the wrong decisions in our society and the author categorizes the causes. This paper also describes when some theories or conclusions are accepted by the people as the public opinion, whether it would be wrong or right, it is almost impossible to scatter it.
