In this paper, we made a teaching program for student-facilitators on the basis of Kirkpatrick’s training-evaluation model and developed a skill-evaluation program for them. We used those two programs of guidance and evaluation to improve skills of student-facilitators. In the skill-evaluation program, we implemented a program of AHP, which consists of mathematical analysis and subjective judgment, and calculated both self-evaluation and others-evaluation of student-facilitators. From these evaluations, we made individual evaluation-sheets for them and realized that these two programs can improve student-facilitator’s skills. Such an OR method including AHP can improve educational skills for students and teachers.
