In Japanese elementary and junior high schools, teachers typically operate and manage the school's network environment. Needless to say, the company's professional engineers make various settings to set up the network at school.However, subsequent operations and administration are left to the teachers at each school.As a result, problems often arise when the knowledge and skills of operations and management teachers are not sufficient.In this study, we conducted a survey of 178 elementary and junior high school teachers to clarify the actual state of awareness, knowledge, and behavior regarding < information security. > As a result of the survey, we recognize the importance of information security measures, but we do not have sufficient knowledge and skills regarding security measures, and there are some parts of daily school work where information management work is not carried out satisfactorily. According to the actual situation and experience of information system management, it became clear that there is a difference in consciousness, behavior and knowledge.
