In the technical education conducted by occupational therapists, it is necessary to teach the explanatory ability to give the patient a sense of security and obtain a reasonable result from the correct examination. There is an OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) that scores by <attitude> (behavior according to the situation such as to call out) and <skill> as the method. In particular, regarding call out, the evaluations of qualified teachers are the same, but there is a difference in the recognition of what is inappropriate and what should be corrected, and there is a possibility that sufficient education is not provided. In this study, we analyzed the feature words and expressions contained in the utterances of the high-scoring group and the low-scoring group of OSCE. As a result, in the group with low scores, there were (1) feature words and expressions that seemed to influence anxiety, and (2) feature words and expressions thought to affect accurate examination. Furthermore, the necessity of education was examined based on these concrete examples, and the possibility of education to reduce inappropriate callout was suggested.
