A two-year-old, female Labrador retriever was presented with dark reddish erythema around the neck and at the right shoulder. It had been since birth, and histopathology revealed dilatation and proliferation of the capillaries and the dermal vesseles. No atypia was recognized in the endothelial cells. The lesions were compatible with Portwine stain nevus in humans. The lesions were surgically removed and covered with axial rotation flap using a thoracodorsal artery.
