The school teacher has to grasp precisely about the human growth development. In particular they must grasp as accurate as possible about the development of the child. To that end, it is necessary to get closer to an essence theory in human mind and body. We can understand the structure if we focus on the origin of the mental and physical development. And we give a human development guidance some kind of directionality. The human being can tell it to others with will of the self as form. In this way, we understand each other's will. And do it with an opportunity of each activity. The child depends on what kind of phenomenon and does want to tell will of the self to others. Is their daily actual situation a thing with what kind of characteristic? I make the logic with this report as a concrete ground for ethics of Tetsuro Watsuji, emotions theory of Kiyoshi Miki for such a problem. In that way I know the contents of "the source of the act" dwelling in a child. And then, I show one viewpoint about the interpretation of the physical property in the human development.

This study aimed to develop a scale of designated images about the triangle and the circle for college football players. The study used a questionnaire answered by 369 students and the data collected was subjected to exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis. The resulting scale comprised two factors : a triangle image and a circle image. Each factor was measured on three subscales : physical activity, evaluation in physical activity and potency in physical activity. The scale had sufficient reliability, and we provided suggestions about the use of this scale. In addition, the result indicated that the triangle image evoked more negative perceptions and these were opposite to those evoked by the circle image. Further, the circle image was emphasized by the triangle image.

Perfectionism is a personality trait characterized by setting rigid high performance standards with no tolerance of mistakes and imperfections, often along with overly critical self-evaluations and excessive concerns regarding others' evaluations (Flett & Hewitt, 2002, Stoeber et al, 2010). Perfectionism in athletes has many positive and negative aspects to their psychological health and adaptation to sport environments. This study aims to develop Self-Oriented Perfectionism Scale for University Athletes (SOPSUA). The subjects were 273 university athletes (male = 141, female = 132 ; mean age = 19.77, SD = 1.22). They were asked to complete a questionnaire that included socio-demographic questions and 24 perfectionism questions. Stepwise exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted to develop the SOPSUA. The results of the stepwise exploratory factor analysis identified a four-factor model (“Perfectionism in Practices,”“Perfectionism in Competitions” “Perfectionism and Performance Anxiety” and “Perfectionism and Competitive Purposes”) with 16 items on the SOPSUA. Confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis confirmed that SOPSUA had acceptable fit indices of structural validities and Cronbach's alpha coefficient reliabilities. The results indicate that the SOPSUA can assess university athletes' perfectionism. Further research will be needed to examine the relationship between athletes' perfectionism and athletes' burnout.

We tried assigning the evaluation of a sports video as homework for this research. Participants of Research were 20 students taking a “basketball” class in a physical education class in a university. 20 students who participated in the homework were used as participants for analysis. The students were given a DVD with videos of themselves playing sports (one hand set shot / free throws), along with notes to check. The students were instructed to evaluate and analyze the video, and to turn it in by a set date along with their notes. Also, a practical test was conducted before and after starting the homework, and one hand set shot / free throws accuracy was evaluated. Most of the students noted that “it was my first time objectively watching myself play and evaluating myself, and my form was different from how I'd imagined it,” and that they were able to find concrete points to fix among the various checkpoints. A one hand set shot / free throws accuracy test was also conducted before and after the homework. There was not significant difference between before and after the homework. However, the goal rate improved by 40% of participants.

The purpose of this study was to propose the simple estimative method for clarifying the relationship between the maximum strength and the number of foot-tapping during 15sec on planter-flexion and dorsi-flexion. The subjects were 80 elderly persons who were in stable health condition. The originally designed equipment was used for this study, and it measured the maximum strength on planter-flexion and dorsi-flexion. At this measurement, the posture was set the back position, because it was not affected from the hip extension and knee extension. The number of foot-tapping movement during 15sec was counted by a light-sensor of the originally equipment. The posture at the foot-tapping test was the sitting position (knee joint was 90 degree and ankle joint was 90 degree). In results, there was significant relationship between the number of planter-flexion foot-tapping movement and measurement of the strength on planter-flexion. On the other hand, there was no-significant relationship between the number of dorsi-flexion foot-tapping and measurement of the maximum strength on dorsi-flexion. In conclusion, these results suggest that the maximum number of planter-flexion foot-tapping could estimate the maximum strength on planter-flexion in the elderly.

The purpose of this study was to report the current status of body physique measurement and physical fitness testing in Cambodia. The first activity period was from 2006 to 2008 and the second term was from 2009 to 2012. This project is operated by the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport of Cambodia, which is supported by NPO/NGO Hearts of Gold through a Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Partnership Program. The aim is to spread the practice of body physique measurement and physical fitness testing in Cambodia. The study's target is elementary schools in 24 cities and provinces in the country. The research is carried out for height, weight, sit-ups, sitting-trunk-flexion, side-steps, a 5-minutes-run, a 50-meter run and standing-long-jump.

The research for this study was guided by the following : (1) body physique and physical fitness comparison between Cambodian schoolchildren and Japanese schoolchildren : (2) comparison of the differences among local people : (3) body physique comparison of physical fitness : and (4) evaluation of body physique and physical fitness.

It was determined that central Cambodian authorities need to implement body physique and the physical fitness testing for the this country. Furthermore, additional scientific analysis and investigation are necessary.
