The purpose of this study is to uncover the work value of Vietnamese workers in Hanoi using a questioner based method. Though several studies investigate this issue focusing on the corporations in Ho Chi Minh, little research has been conducted focusing on the corporations in Hanoi. We examine the difference between blue collar workers and white collar workers regarding the work value. We also focus on the difference between Japanese affiliated firms and local firms. Unskilled workers who have difficulty to get a job are likely to be well motivated because of competitive labor market. A significant difference of motivation toward a job is observed between white collar and blew collar workers.

Various advance planning takes place before a new retail store is opened. Since the ultimate goal is a high volume of sales, an accurate sales prediction is desired in the planning stage. In this study, an arbitrary population was prepared for a chain of retail stores deployed in a particular area, and an attempt was made to predict sales at new stores by using patterns of 100 variables, including geographical information, demographics, and consumption trends. Training signals were created by using all 100 variables for areas in which stores had been opened in the past, and the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system of quality engineering was used to create a polynomial expression with 100 terms to estimate the sales of the new stores. The error in the sales prediction was calculated from the S/N ratio obtained from the polynomial expression.

Such consulting were meant for regional programs and policies and their role was for the government in great measure. Increasing uncertainty in the management world, it becomes the supremacy proposition that companies adapt environmental change. In this study, we suggested diagnosis framework of networks in a meaning of the value creation from a viewpoint of various degrees of management resources.
Until today, most of researchers focused on the small and homogeneous networks such as industrial complex in these domains. However the widely heterogeneous networks are realized by overcoming long geographical distances and enclosure of management resources, and create greater values of products. Such networks can be applied to complex environment of companies in the next generation. Accordingly, the purpose of our study is the discovery of interaction process among heterogeneous organizations having diverse resources. In this network, higher originality of management resources makes higher sustainability of organization.

Balanced Scorecard is primarily used to manage strategies for achieving the vision of companies, governments and nonprofit organizations. Recently, state and local government finances are severe. Therefore, it is necessary to solve social problems in a way not to depend on government. In this study, we consider perspectives on Balanced Scorecard for solving social problems as a communication tool. Specifically, we use Balanced Scorecard for analyzing multiple problems on park management. A framework of analysis is made from four steps. First, we create a matrix of three business and three needs. Next, we consider the key points and draw the central points. In addition, we extract four perspectives: participants, talent and capacity, mechanism, fund and budget, from the common sense of ideas on the central points. Finally, we arrange two tables and make BSC framework. As a result, we could indicate the direction of future study.

However, more difficult it becomes to figure out which product makes the profit and where the profit comes from, the more diversification is progressed. It is wag-the-dog if there is no time to consider the strategy as the time is given to figure out the status. The research task of this paper is to examine practical value of a diagnosis for increasing possibility to establish collaboration by developing a diagnostic tool, then to find what is necessary for improvement and what is the limitation of the diagnosis. In order to study this theme, I set three research questions, (1) Is the diagnostic tool's point of view appropriate? (2) Are the components of the assessment tool appropriate? (3) Is the assessment tool effective to exercise communication that increases the possibility of establishment of a collaboration? Then I conducted a case study on several consulting companies and a company that plans and produces art exhibitions. The case study was done in two ways. The one is that administrators use the diagnostic tool and evaluate it. The other one is that administrators understood contents of the diagnostic tool and reminded her past experience of collaborations, then evaluate the tool. As a result, a certain degree of validity was recognized in terms of the diagnostic tool's point of view, components, and effectiveness. In addition, as for the necessity of improvement, mutual understandings required additional consideration, and the situation where the tool is not required are clarified.

Globalization has led to an increase in marketing expansion. A multitude of new competitors are constantly emerging. On another front, technological innovation and changes to product architecture are both occurring in an increasingly uncertain environment. The manufacturing sector, which uses networks as its platform, is faced with these changes. In this study, we can see the direction of change in such manufacturing firms. In order for these autonomous participating firms to leverage their superior capabilities, they are moving to open modular architecture products and utilizing autonomous distributed networks. With this approach, it is easy to adapt to environmental uncertainty, not just because of network leader innovation but also because of the leveraging of partner innovation. However, in the movement toward homogeneous product competition, tireless innovation is essential to create uniqueness within the confines of the standardization framework.
