This work examines the significance of constitutive perspective of sports and democracy in organizations at sports constitutions. This enables the author to suggest three things for analyzing of the relation between sports and society. First, earlier studies of sports sociology did not pay attention to the internal world of sports since they have simply emphasized that sports are related deeply with society. Thus, they fail to make discussion on the organization theory that is important as an argument about formation of a public sphere of sports. Secondly, they cannot discover outbreak of “an attenuation of personality” in sports constitutions and the driving force to form a public sphere of sports.
