    Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the injury actual condition in swimming team of a junior high school and a high school. Furthermore, the physical care support to injury is recorded and it is considered as 1data of injury prevention. Methods: It interviewed to what sued the bad condition of the body for the swimmer of a junior high school and a high school student. The contents of physical care support were divided and recorded on the exercise, stretching, icing, and the introduction to a medical institution, and manual therapy. Results: The injury occurrence had most injury of the shoulder (51.3%) and, subsequently was the order of the low back (25.0%) and a knee (12.5%). Physical care support had the high ratio of exercise (38%) and stretching (33%). Conclusion: In a junior generation, it needs to be cautious of the injury of the shoulder. The tendency which injury improves by exercise and stretching was seen. However, since objectivity is scarce, the validity is a future subject rather than is clear.
