This paper is a practice report of the interview game carried out in classes of"Japanese" to 1st year students in April 2013. When the interview game was carried out, the students spoke actively and the atmosphere of the new student's class was softened, and there was a prominent effect on students that it promotes their friendly relations. From these, the interview game is effective enough as a method of training the "Dialog capability " which makes human relations by means of language. Furthermore, it is expected that this interview game can be used effectively not only in "Japanese" classes but also in homeroom class as an easy way to make new relationship among students smoothly.

In this paper, using case studies, I present some unethical acts that were indeed perpetrated by artists, and discuss
what motivated them to fake and plagiarize. Upon conclusion, it should be apparent that fakes and plagiarism are
due to a lack of respect for artists and a biased evaluation of their work only in monetary terms, reflecting that art
dealers and collectors treat artwork only as merchandise. Further, encouraging aesthetes, patrons and collectors to champion promising emerging artists is more effective than teaching professional ethics to artists regarding the
deleterious impact of fakes and plagiarism.

students (Male; 622, Female; 87 ) of the OYAMA National College of technology. Subjects were new physical
fitness test of eight kinds (Grip strength, Sit up, Sitting trunk flexion, Side step, 20m Shuttle running, 50m sprint,
Standing long jump, Hand-ball throw).
As a result, boy student was lower than last year's result in the total point. But, didn't change the result of girl
student. These results suggest implicate that there should be a need to increase the physical activity to improve
physical fitness level.

The Absolute True Diary of a Part-Time Indian (2007) deserves to be regarded as an autobiographical story of
Sherman Alexie, a Coeur d′Alene/Spokane Native American songwriter, filmmaker, comedian and writer of prose and poetry. Its theme is to escape from the reservations that were constructed to eliminate Native American and still serve that nefarious influence. The protagonist, Arnold Spirit, Jr., the fourteen-year-old Spokane Indian, decides to leave the hopeless reservation and go to the high school in the white town of Reardan in search of
something hopeful. In this novel, the evocation of empathy, love and forgiveness contributes to Arnold in establishing his identity beyond the ethnicity, this must be the result of his "expanded world-view" by crossing the borders. The aim of this paper is to examine how the protagonist establishes his own "multi-tribal" identity by leaving reservations.

The demand for a metallic material increases on the world scale. Then, the recycling of the metal material has
become more important. Especially, a scrap of ferrous material that is demanded most is actively recycled. However, when elements such as Ni, Cr, Mo, and Cu are mixed into the melting iron in an electric furnace, the
separation of these elements from iron becomes difficult. Especially, copper is a factor to deteriorate the mechanical properties of ferrous material. Therefore, the separation of copper material from ferrous material is very important in the recycling industry. In this study, the efficient separation method of copper material from ferrous material has been proposed and examined experimentally using test piece which steel and tough-pitch copper are brazed at 800℃. As a result, the conclusion that tough-pitch copper can be efficiently separated from steel by heating to 700℃ and adding a vibration has been obtained.

This work investigates gradation reductions of the imaging A/D conversion for high data transmission and processing speeds, and of the medium hologram for high productivity in the ROM-type, in holographic memories.
Accuracy in the position detection of marker and bit error rate (BER) in the decoding are used for the above
evaluations. In the imaging A/D conversion, a resolution of <
p/10 (
p: image-sensor pixel pitch) can be maintained in the ≥ 3bit gradations, and a BER can be < 10¯
4 in the ≥ 4 bit gradations. Also, in the medium hologram, the high resolution and the superior BER are realized in the ≥ 3 bit and ≥ 4 bit gradations, respectively. So, the limitations of the gradation reductions are estimated to be 4 bit both for the imaging A/D conversion and the medium hologram.

Recently, the wireless communication is generally using the electromagnetic waves. However, the communication has the possibility of the information leakage and the service area might be limited. In order to improve the situation, our research team has studied digital information transmission system using modulated ultrasonic waves and electric field hybridly through the human body. The energies are generated by one piezoelectric ceramic oscillator. The system can prevent leakage of information, because the electric field is very small amplitude and taken on the body, the ultrasonic wave has a large attenuation at high frequency in the air. In this time, I have particularly worked on the improvement of the error rate on the ultrasonic waves communication, and applied the phase shift keying modulation to the system.

This paper proposes a new SIDO (Single Inductor Dual Output) DC-DC switching converter with hysteretic
control. It requires few additional components (a comparator and a latch) to control two DC-DC converters with
single inductor, buck and buck converters or boost and boost converters.. We investigated exclusive control method which converts only one converter except another converter for some clock periods. The architecture of exclusive control method is to compare two errors of the output voltage and to decide the converter that is controlled next time. This control method has the merit not to depend on either output voltage or output current. We describe circuit topologies, operation principles and simulation results.

In this paper, in Chaotic Time Series Prediction, in order to further raise the Accuracy of Prediction by the
RBFN method, the method of Error Correction is proposed. The time series of the error of the predicted value and
true value which were calculated also by the RBFN method is predicted by the method of Lorenz Analogues. The
predicted value calculated by the RBFN method with the error predicted value is rectified. As a result, it is shown
that the error of the predicted value of the RBFN method decreases. Moreover, it is shown by prediction of the
weather that it can respond also to a sudden change.

To develop the useful sound environmental recognition system, the method of 3D-localization of a sound source by using bispectral analysis of 4-Point detected signals is proposed. The method uses information about amplitude attenuation and propagation delay extracted from amplitude ratios and angles of auto-and cross-bispectra of detected signals. It is expected that using bispectral analysis affects less influence of Gaussian noise than using conventional power spectral one. In this paper, the basic principle of the method is mentioned first, and its validity and characteristics are considered from results of fundamental experiments assumed ideal circumstances.

Recently, planar filter technology is very important for wireless communication systems. Therefore, a lot of
planar filters are developed and researched worldwide. In this paper, we describe a design method of a planar high-pass filter (HPF) which is based on a theory of the admittance inverter method. The admittance inverters of the
HPF are comprised of a short-ended stub and distributed transmission lines. We also design a structure of the planar HPF. This filter assumes that the transmission lines are microstrip lines using a printed circuit board substrate. The frequency characteristics of the HPF are verified by a commercial circuit simulator and a commercial electro-magnetic simulator.

Kanpyo (dried gourd shavings) is a fruit of the bottle gourd. The structure consists of a lot of fiber and 90% water. We noticed this structure and performed the basic preparation of a new desiccating tablet. In this report, we developed a new desiccating tablet using Kanpyo. First, we got powder by the mil crusher of the Kanpyo product. The powder was pressed by a press machine (3.0t, holding time 5min). Next, the water-absorbing performance of the Kanpyo tablet was confirmed in a saturated container. The results showed that the Kanpyo tablet continued absorbing water under the saturated condition for 300 hours. The Kanpyo tablet was able to absorb around 60wt%. Additionally, Kanpyo tablet including binder showed firm strength and same water-absorbing capacity. On the other hand, a fault of both the powder and the tablet was that mold was detected in the absorbed water.
