The Japan Football Association requests that instructors who coach children (under 12-years old) give priority to
the observance of rules over securing victory at all costs. On the other hand, the JFA requests all players to pursue victory as part of the JFA's fair play policy. This is a double standard. The purpose of this paper is to consider the following:firstly, criticism of the double standard about fair play by the JFA, and secondly, how to answer this question: " How can we teach fair play without contradicting ourselves?" by analyses of various interpretations of fair play. To achieve this, we will analyze some remarks concerning ethical elements of fair play. After that, we will identify any contradictions regarding these remarks.

Students of lower grades of the College of Technology is the same age as high school students. Therefore, in
the business of home room teacher, there is a portion of the College of Technology and the portion that is
similar to the high school. Based on my experience, I shown the failure cases and success cases of home room
teacher work of the lower grades of the College of Technology. And I considered the ideal type of home room
teacher work.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the new physical fitness test in this year. The subjects were 696
students (Male; 613, Female; 83) of the National Institute of Technology, OYAMA College. Subjects were new
physical fitness test of eight kinds (Grip strength, Sit up, Sitting trunk flexion, Side step, 20m Shuttle running, 50m
sprint, Standing long jump, Hand-ball throw).
As a result, boy student was lower than National average. But, didn't change the result of girl student. These
results suggest implicate that there should be a need to increase the physical activity to improve physical fitness
level.

word for a long time. In order to investigate the frequency of occurrence of the targeted derivatives, some corpora
will be of great importance. In addition to the corpora, dictionaries will be used for the definitions of the words not
only in Present-day English but also in the past.

Mechanics of materials is a key subject in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. In recent years, the
teachings of the subject is to transition by changing the curriculum. In this study, to investigate the syllabus of
material mechanics courses at the university. I will discuss the features of the current curriculum from the results of this survey. Different trends in curriculum content and the number of units was found in technical college and
university. University whereas showed a trend of decrease in the number of units and selection, there was no
significant change in the college curriculum.

This paper reports on creation of study program for a science experiment and handicraft classes
aimed at elementary school students. In this program each student builds a paper airplane using
ground effect and competes on the flight distance.
First we designed and manufactured paper template of airplane and gum-powered
catapult-assisted launch equipment that were needed for execution of this program. Also, lecture
contents were prepared to teach students how airplanes fly.
Using this program, we actually offered about two hours of science class twice. The result
showed wing-in-ground effect craft was a suitable teaching material for beginners,
because the airplane had simple structure that made adjustment for stable flight easy.
But the program demands continual refinement so as to extract technical creativity from students.

This study reports on error-block analyses and decoding method in the 4/9 two-dimensional recording code
for holographic memories. The algorithm for zero-value determination of pixel levels was changed for improving bit
error rate (BER) characteristics. In the algorithm, a block was determined to be the (0000) code block when all the
four pixels,at which bright spots could be reproduced, exhibited lower levels than the threshold. In the numerical
aperture (NA) of 0.14, a W-shaped deterioration in BER at threshold of ∼20% was disappeared. However, this
method was not useful for reproduction in NA = 0.07, where errors occurred because of displacements of
reproduced bright spots by optical interference between the spots.

Our research team has proposed the novel communication method for purpose of application to wearable
devices. This communication uses the human body as a transmission path and two kinds of energy, electric field and ultrasonic waves are applied hybridly. Therefore, we call this method hybrid communication. To adopt the feature of those energies, this system can realize high usability and secure communication. In this study, I have particularly worked on the improvement of the accuracy on the ultrasonic wave communication. I have improved transmission error rate by changing the modulation method from the amplitude shift keying to the phase shift keying. In addition, I have developed the synchronization method suitable for the ultrasonic wave communication.

This paper proposes single inductor dual output (SIDO) buck and boost converters with a ripple based
regulator. The proposed SIDO converter need no clock signal nor saw-tooth generator but use a triangular
signal generated from the PWM signal. In simulation results, static output voltage ripples for buck and
boost converters are smaller than 5mVpp and their transient responses are less than 10mV at 0.5 A current
step for a buck converter and at 0.2 A for a boost converter. Line regulations are 5mV at E=10士1 V for a
buck converter and 15mV at E=3.5士0.5 V for a boost converter.

was performed. Furthermore, the new method of "the Correction Method using a Prediction Error of Time Series" was proposed. It is shown that Predictive Accuracy is improved by this Method. It is shown by using a Modified Method in the Middle of Prediction that an Improvement of Predictive Accuracy can be performed even from the Middle.

Septic tank is equipment for sewage treatment using microorganisms. The purpose of this investigation is to
establish the treatment processes for highly concentrated wastewater including oil by the combination of septic tank and auxiliary equipment (bubble columns reactor). We evaluated and emphasized the performance of auxiliary equipment for wastewater treatment. Experimental data obtained from COD-Cr and BOD showed the degradation of carbon source by our bubble columns reactor. In addition, artificial waste water including oil (more than 500 mg/L) was not able to degraded, scum floated in equipment. As a result, it can be concluded that septic tank with auxiliary
equipment needs detailed study to upgrade its performance for treating wastewater including oil.

Students are instructed reserve of the waste liquid to the waste reservoir according to the kind
in the student experiments. However, they occasionally poured waste liquid into the different kind
of waste reservoir. That have led to the environmental problems, safety problems and increase in
processing costs. It is what the lack of knowledge of the hazardous substance in waste liquid.
Therefore we tried an attempt for education of waste liquid in the student experiments.
