In the present paper, d lay stress oil the important part which the physical condition especially the pressure plays in the nuclear therinodissociatien. This is riot inconsistent with Jeans' results, because the dissociation of Ra begins to be influenced only by extremely high temperatures and pressures. Next, some corrections are made on the previous formulae of dissociation. Further the expression of the free -energy of the assemblage of various nuclei and electrons is obtained using the statistical mechanics, paying a special attention to their mutual electric action as well their excluded volumes. From this, the dissociation-formula of radium-or helium-nucleus is calculates mud then the applicability of the simple formulae previously obtained is discussed. Further it is pointed out that the result differs according to the fact whether a nucleus behaves as diatomic or monatomic, the effect being little at the low temperatures, but great at the high temperatures. Lastly, all explanation of the appearance of Novae is attempted by making use of the temperature-pressure-dissociation diagram
