To sustain a community, we several things, such as working place, place of education, good hospital to maintain our health condition, and so on. From previous study in this field, the author found out the voice which mansions the necessity of place to purchase things and place to eat. In this article the author discuss about how to re-generate the shopping street or shop itself. From a comparison between three different characters and circumstances.

近年，地球環境の変化が進んでおり，わが国においても気候の変化が生態系や農業のみならず，生活者にも影響を及ぼす事態となっている。このような状況下において，サステイブル(膽可能)な社会を実現するためには地球環境問題への対応が必要であり，各産業分野にその取組みが進展しているが，厳しい経営環境下においての実行は容易でない。

企業•従業員の一人ひとりのアクションが日本の食料問題や環境問題につながっている実感を持ち，環境配慮型のサステイナブル経営を戦略的に意識することが有効な施策であると考える。

エコ意識啓発活動として実際に行った2つの持続可能なエコ意識啓発活動事例より，飲食店におけるサステイナブル経営について考察する。

This paper attempts to activate a large scale shopping streets (shotengai) using Internet technique. Shotengai is a style of Japanese commercial district street. Recently, decline in shotengai is a serious problem. So, we take up “Osu” which is famous shotengai in Nagoya, Japan. We architect Web visualization system, which has useful usability and findability for Osu shotengai information. We also develop methods for competing for a store owner with another one by their prominency and for attractive design to increase motivation of store owners. The number of users of Osu map is increased rapidly. We hope to apply our instance to the activation of shotengai in Japan.

日本の一般的なフィルムコミッションはロケーション撮影を誘致する役割を担っている。大阪府の門真フィルムコミッション（以下、KFC）は、映画祭の開催、映画の制作、社会実験などの地域イベントへの参画等の取組みを行っている。本稿では、KFCの上記の取組みを把握し、映像を通じたまちづくりを行っていることを明らかにした。KFCは市民参加型映画を制作した。その映画への出演者およびその映画を観た鑑賞者へアンケート調査を行った。その結果、出演者や鑑賞者は、映画や地元に対して誇りや愛着の意識を持っていた。KFCの取組みは従来のフィルムコミッションでは見られない新しいまちづくりの形であり、市民のシビックプライドの形成に寄与していることが示唆された。
