With the aging of agricultural workers and the decrease of farmers, new farmers from outside the farm are attracting attention not only as farmers but also as human resources who support rural society. Regarding this acceptance,it has been pointed out that there will be a shift to a diverse acceptance system,no empirical research has been conducted on specific new farming support organizations or new farming training. Therefore, in this paper, the Kuriyama Town Agricultural Promotion Corporation is taken as exemple of a host organization based on the public corporation support method in which agricultural cooperatives and local governments work together from an early stage in Hokkaido. The Kuriyama Town Agricultural Promotion Corporation has built a diverse acceptance system while incorporating the human resourse of agricultural cooperatives and their knowhow to achieve a high acceptance record. Moreover, it is positioned as a measure against marginal villages. I will clarify the actual situation and the concrete securing and fixing activities that make it possible.
