The Validation is not only one of the ways to communicate with the elderly with Dementia but also shows us basic ways to care for such clients through the innovative ways of thinking. By using this method, it would be possible to change the views and skills of care workers. The other day one of the Validation lectures was held and before and after the lecture, we issued a questionnaire. In the questionnaire we asked the participants about their stress to support clients and thought to a staff's work (confidence, motivation, beliefs) and will to work in their expertised area. including nursing care, or medical care. Then 327 people in the field of nursing care or medicine participated in the training program. As a result, it was suggested that these care workers could reduce their stress to support clients and increase their will to work. Through the analysis of the response, we could find positive changes of these matters to some extent.
