JOURNAL FREE ACCESSThis paper reports about the algorithms of 1: 1 Fingerprint Verification System which is based on micro-computer with simple special purpose prosessor.
The algorithms are considered to be simple and easy to hardwarize. To satisfy the requirements, Binarization by circular window, registration and matching by direction pattern, limitation of numbers and types of pseudo-minutiae by shrinking and noncontact expansion and simple restoration algorithms are used.
The experiment results say that 1.39% of same finger denied, and 0.000%of different finger is accepted. The result is considered as an enough one to be used in real life.View full abstractDownload PDF (1666K) -

JOURNAL FREE ACCESSThe errors in analytical radial triangulation are examined by stereomodel, when tilted photographs are used and it is decided that the radial point is the principal point. The errors become more severe as tilts increase. lithe terrain is flat, the errors are small, but if the relief variations increase, the errors are larger.
